Café DEZORA has appeared in Ramenki, a project combining a drive toward inner wellbeing with outer harmony. The name references the Italian phrase "dentro e fora," which translates as "inside and out." The venue's whole idea is built around that principle: through attention to detail, quality, and comfort, a beauty is born that extends beyond the plate. This isn't a café about strict diets — it's about an easy transition to balanced eating that fits naturally into daily life.

The menu's foundation is bowls — dishes balanced in composition and flavor that have become DEZORA's calling card. Two of them are rich in fiber, which benefits skin health. Two others are developed with an emphasis on protein content, suited to those watching their muscle tone or physical fitness. Importantly, every bowl is built from seasonal ingredients and prepared using gentle methods that preserve the flavor and nutritional value of the ingredients.

Sweets at DEZORA are also part of self-care. Alternative ingredients are used instead of sugar. The menu has banoffee, a cake with avocado and aquafaba, an L-carnitine sorbet, and homemade high-protein ice cream. These desserts suit both athletes and anyone who simply wants to treat themselves without the guilt.

The coffee list was created with input from Roman Kirilenko and Artem Yanin, mixing classics and experiments. The core coffee is specialty, with pronounced flavors, including lots carrying notes of apricot liqueur, amaretto, and caramel. For those looking for something unusual, there are drinks like a sriracha cappuccino, urbech-based rafs, as well as cold lemonades and cold-brew-based teas with fruit and spices added.

DEZORA's interior was created with attention to detail, the work of bureau Arever, led by Aida Ragimkhanova. The centerpiece of the space is a bar counter made from ancient Dagestani stone, brought from a village on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Around it: pieces with character — wooden surfaces, aged leather, veined glass tables, designer light fixtures, and vintage floor lamps. The interior conveys a drive toward balance between natural roughness and urban refinement.

DEZORA will soon get a summer veranda. The 20-seat space opens in early June and continues the venue's philosophy — bright, warm, and welcoming to personal meetings. It'll be a place to spend a morning with a cup of pour-over, have a quiet lunch, or catch up with friends in a relaxed setting.
