Café Radio Greenhouse on Baumanskaya has a new menu, put together by chef Nikita Gorshkov from dishes with vivid flavors and clear combinations. The update touched both the main menu and breakfast. The newcomers suit different occasions — an unhurried start to the day and a warm evening with friends alike.

Several new items have joined the main menu at once. Worth starting with is the Thai cucumber-and-beef salad. In it, marinated cucumbers and beef tenderloin are dressed with gochujang paste, with green onion, cilantro, and sesame added. The dish came out spicy, fresh, and fragrant. As a hot dish, the menu now has chicken stuffed with suluguni cheese and sun-dried tomatoes, served with sweet potato purée. For those who prefer meat-free dishes, roasted eggplant fits the bill, made with a tomato confiture and feta. For dessert: a chocolate mille-feuille with mint ice cream, garnished with walnut.
Breakfast changed too, still served here daily from 12:00 to 16:00. One of the new dishes: a mini baguette with guacamole, cherry tomatoes, and soft brynza. Another option: kefir pancakes with a white chocolate English cream and fresh blueberries.

Radio Greenhouse on Baumanskaya remains a place to gather with friends, work at a table surrounded by greenery, or just sit quietly with a cup of coffee. With the new dishes, the menu has grown a bit more varied, giving even more reasons to drop by.
