Restaurant Savras will open this spring on Bolshaya Dmitrovka, in the historic "Egyptian" house, becoming a new culinary project in the capital. The venue's concept is built on a synthesis of Russian and French cuisine. At Savras, you'll be able to pick a space to match your mood: the restaurant itself, a cocktail bar, or a stylish tea salon with a Parisian accent.

Chef Alexander Lebedev runs the restaurant's kitchen. He has impressive experience at well-known restaurants such as "Dr. Zhivago" and Selfie, and has interned under Michelin-starred chefs, including Juan Mari Arzak, Javier Arenda, and Søren Selin. That gives confidence that Savras's kitchen will be a cut above.

Special attention at the restaurant goes to tea and desserts. Guests are offered more than thirty kinds of tea, along with signature desserts, sugar-free options included. The high-tea-style tea salon becomes a unique spot for fans of both sweet and savory petit fours, and at the patisserie, guests can watch the dessert-making process and order signature cakes.

The restaurant's interior draws on the building's history and fashion brands like Hermès and Gucci. Design elements such as a show-jumping saddle and candlesticks made from genuine stirrups create a distinctive atmosphere.

The Savras project was launched by married couple Anna and Kirill Egorov, with support from Karina Grigoryan's agency, which guarantees a high level of service and quality.
