From October 1 to 15, the Russian Restaurant Festival is running across the country, bringing together fifty cities: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, and others. Over eight years, the festival has become a tradition and keeps growing — this time, more than eight hundred restaurants took part, including Eva, Severyane, Juan Cantina Espanola, Mechtateli, and Bist. You can find out about all the restaurants included in the program on the official website.

"The goal of the Russian Restaurant Festival this year is to keep supporting the restaurant business and give the country's residents the chance to enjoy the best restaurants both at home and while traveling."

Special attention was paid to the use of local ingredients, a high level of service, and innovation in creating dishes. Festival participants prepared tasting sets, priced according to what's included and kept at a fixed rate: 1390, 1990, or 2990 ₽. Each set includes three to five popular or new dishes.

Alongside the main program, the RRF once again put together a broad parallel lineup: a food film festival running in seven cities at once in Karo cinemas, dinners with top chefs, and tours of coffee and pastry production facilities. Other special projects will round it out.
