The menu is all about healthy living. It's not just a focus on vegetarian dishes but a fully green menu that excludes anything animal-based. Except maybe shrimp as a topping. Refresh occupies a small, bright space that tried to be organized like an apartment, though it didn't quite come together. Attentive service with recommendations, without which it's hard to make sense of the menu.

What did I try?
• Mexican burrito, 690₽ — built on plant-based meat. It feels strange to compare it to a regular burrito, it's clearly its own dish, made differently.
• Burger with hummus and piri kara pepper, 860₽ — I want to note that it's simply delicious.
• Sweet potato fries with chipotle sauce, 620₽ — you have to try it with the sauce and the refreshing lettuce leaves.
• Green salad with avocado, 850₽ — a dramatically vegan item, all green (cucumber, zucchini, pea shoots, lettuce leaves, and breaded avocado) with an excellent dressing.
• Spaghetti with smoked tofu, 780₽ — served with zucchini, broccoli in a creamy sauce, and fried tofu that tastes like bacon. Your taste buds will insist this is carbonara, even though there's nothing in common.
• Carrot cake, 450₽ — my favorite among the desserts, served with mango confiture. So many textures and shades that I won't even spoil it.

The promising relaunch of the project gives me just one concern: are there enough health-conscious people in Moscow? If you're prepared to take the project seriously, rather than measuring it against conventional restaurants, reFresh is worth a visit — to discover new flavors and be surprised by old ones. The team needs to work on the interior and the tableware. The place makes it into the guide for its innovation and boldness, and I'm hoping there are more vegans (or at least curious people) in Moscow than it seems. And I liked it
