On the second floor of the Hotel National is one of Moscow’s leading Russian restaurants, awarded a Michelin star. Beluga’s menu features Russian cuisine with an emphasis on Far Eastern and Caspian delicacies: scallop, sea urchin, halibut. Starters and soups are made according to old Russian recipes. The wine list is curated by head sommelier Alexey Zavertkin. Our restaurant guide recommends trying the “Kulebyaka with black cod mousse, Kamchatka crab, trout roe” and the “Sterlet, baked in salt with Abkhazian lemons”.
