Beluga restaurant menu and prices

On the second floor of the National Hotel is one of Moscow's leading Russian restaurants, awarded a Michelin star. Beluga offers Russian cuisine focused on Far Eastern and Caspian delicacies such as scallop, sea urchin and halibut. Starters and soups follow old Russian recipes. Head sommelier Alexey Zavyortkin oversees the wine list. Our restaurant guide team recommends the kulebyaka with black cod mousse, Kamchatka king crab and trout roe, and salt-baked sterlet with Abkhazian lemons.
