The cuisine is Italian, built around fresh seafood and delicacies. Butler's menu features crudo, carpaccio and tartare made from the catch of the day, black caviar and oysters. A large selection of antipasti and bruschetta opens the meal. Pasta and risotto are served alongside steaks cooked over an open flame. The pizza is topped with truffle and with pear and gorgonzola.
