Brand chef Anton Kovalkov builds the menu around seasonal produce, adding French and Asian cooking techniques. Popular meze are hummus and muhammara, and among the starters — cheese croquettes and katsu sando. Tartares are made from tuna and beef, including a Korean-style version. Warm dishes are made from cheeks, trout and sea bass with risotto. At DFF, they bake brioche and yogurt flatbreads.
