DFF restaurant menu and prices

Average check — RUB 3,000

Brand chef Anton Kovalkov builds the menu around seasonal produce, using French and Asian techniques. Popular mezze include hummus and muhammara; starters feature cheese croquettes and katsu sando. Tartares use tuna and beef, including a Korean-style version. Hot dishes feature cheeks, trout and sea bass with risotto. DFF bakes brioche and yoghurt flatbreads. Our restaurant guide team recommends the Pozharsky-style katsu sando with tonkatsu sauce and lightly salted cucumber, and tuna tartare on kale tempura.
