Italian cuisine is built around the Mediterranean and a wide choice of seafood. The kitchen at Due Forni is run by a brand chef with international experience. The menu features crudo and ceviche of sea bass, Pagrus and red shrimp. Pasta is made in-house: fusilli alla crudaiola with burrata, spaghetti alla chitarra with anchovies. Meat and fish are served as tartare and carpaccio. Our restaurant guide recommends trying the Fusilli alla crudaiola with burrata, tomatoes and basil and the Red shrimp crudo.
