The cuisine is Israeli, with an emphasis on grilled dishes and meze. The kitchen is run by brand chef Eli Stein and chef Alexey Chuvikov. They make hummus, baba ganoush and crudo, beef and trout tartares. The menu's sections span several directions at once — from Africa to the Mediterranean. Meat and fish are grilled over coals: lamb, rump steak and wild trout. Flaner also serves shawarma in pita and ptitim with squid.
