The cuisine is built around Japanese tradition — from sashimi to dishes cooked over open fire. The kitchen at Kiyomi is led by brand chef Artemy Lopatin. The menu features sashimi and nigiri made from fresh fish, hand rolls and rolls. Wagyu is cooked on the robata, and rice is fried with beef and black truffle.
