The cuisine is European, with original interpretations. Chef Artem Sipugin runs the kitchen. Lolita's menu features starters with brioche and beurre noisette, tartares, soups and pasta. A separate section is devoted to the smokehouse, where they cook brisket, salmon and chicken. Breakfast is served in the mornings with syrniki and shakshuka.
