Restaurant "Lolita" is a new project by the "Publika" team (Artem Sipugin, Tatiana Ilyina), located in a historic building in the center of Moscow.

The kitchen is led by chef Artem Sipugin.

The restaurant's interior is eclectic, with retro, Art Deco and contemporary-minimalist touches. Inside are arched ceilings with murals in warm tones, a table with a bright-blue frame surrounded by chairs with terracotta upholstery on metal legs, and an open kitchen. The space is rounded out with pastel armchairs and a mirror in a massive black frame, which visually deepens the room. The bar area is designed with an emphasis on both function and aesthetics: the counter is tiled with white-and-blue patterns, and tall bar stools have red velvet upholstery.

The menu features European dishes with original interpretations. Among the appetizers: tartine, beurre noisette, beef-and-coppa tartare, and tête de moine. Among the mains: fettuccine cacio e pepe, risotto, and pappardelle. For dessert, try the pain au chocolat, apple pie, or tiramisu. The bar list is handled by Tatiana Ilyina, offering a wide range of classic and signature cocktails.
