Motto Azabu restaurant menu and prices

The restaurant occupies a historic building of the Metropol and brings together washoku and yoshoku — native Japanese cuisine and the dishes Japan adopted from the West. The Motto Azabu menu was put together by brand chef Vadim Malkov. The menu features sashimi and sushi made from tuna, hamachi and Kamchatka crab, with hand rolls gathered in their own section. Miso broccolini is cooked on the grill, and the ramen features a seafood shio. Our restaurant guide recommends trying the Miso mackerel with daikon oroshi and the Three-cut tuna hand roll.
