Motto Azabu restaurant menu and prices

The restaurant occupies the historic Metropol building and combines washoku and yoshoku: traditional Japanese cuisine with dishes Japan adopted from the West. Brand chef Vadim Malkov created Motto Azabu's menu. It features tuna, hamachi and Kamchatka king crab sashimi and sushi, with a separate hand roll section. Miso broccolini is grilled, and ramen features sea shio. Our restaurant guide team recommends the miso mackerel with daikon oroshi and hand roll with three cuts of tuna.
