The cuisine is European, built around a natural food concept with an emphasis on cheese and vegetables. Chef Alexander Pimenov and his team build the menu around their own creamery and farm. Animals offers starters and appetizers, and a wide selection of pastries: cardamom and poppy seed buns, croissants. Among the soups and mains are pasta with goat meat, meat lasagna with béchamel sauce, and pelmeni with salmon. In the mornings they serve breakfast with poached eggs and rice porridge.
