Animals

Animals is a restaurant with a refreshing seasonal menu, its own cheese dairy and the Roots farm, by Yos Frumkin and Alexander Vardanyan. The wine list, put together by Arseny Gordienko, follows the restaurant's concept and is likewise built on natural wines.

Special attention here goes to cheese and vegetables: chef Alexander Pimenov and vegan chef Viktoria Mosina built the menu around European cuisine within a natural-food concept.

The interior mixes loft and eco style. What makes it memorable are the cactus-shaped columns, a long communal table, streaks of bright paint on the walls, and potted tomato plants growing throughout.
