The cuisine is chef-driven French, built on unconventional combinations of flavors and textures. Bobo serves tasting sets split into cold and hot courses that build in intensity. The menu features venison tartare, scallop carpaccio and cabbage rolls with langoustines. Among the hot dishes are beef cheeks and roast duck. Dishes are paired with terroir-driven wines.
