On the first floor of the hotel, the Sette gastrobar serves Italian cuisine. The Boutique's menu features starters to go with wine, hot starters, soups and salads, plus a wide selection of homemade pasta: spaghetti, rigatoni, gnocchi. Meat and fish here are braised and roasted — veal cheeks, Sicilian-style cod, coq au vin Burgundy-style. Sides include gratin dauphinois or creamed spinach. Breakfast in the morning comes with shakshuka and caviar pancakes. Our restaurant guide recommends trying the Rigatoni carbonara and Spaghetti with vongole.
