The cuisine is Italian, and the menu features classics along with desserts from the restaurant's own pastry shop. Fresa offers a large choice of salumeria and antipasti: jamón, prosciutto and truffle cheeses. Scallop and sea bream crudo are served with olive oil and lemon marmalade. Homemade pasta is prepared in different ways — from cacio e pepe to lamb ragù. Meat and fish are cooked over charcoal. Breakfast is served in the mornings. Our restaurant guide recommends trying the Tagliolini with lamb ragù and Kalamata olives and the Capellini with bottarga.
