The Italian cuisine is built around a classic dinner scenario without heavy courses. The menu opens with bruschetta — with crab, burrata or Parma ham. Next comes pumpkin soup with shrimp. Pasta and pizza are gathered into one large section, from carbonara to tagliatelle with crab. Among the mains, they cook lamb shoulder with prunes. Goose Goose also keeps a bar line.
