Italian cuisine without elaborate experiments. The kitchen prepares starters, soups and salads, with a broad choice of homemade pasta and pizza. Black caviar, black truffle and crudo have their own sections, including scallop carpaccio with bottarga and Black Angus marbled beef tartare. There is bruschetta and homemade sourdough bread. Probka serves breakfast in the mornings, from shakshuka to Belgian waffles. Our restaurant guide team recommends the Mortadella pizza with pistachios and ravioloni with robiola cheese and porcini mushrooms.
