The menu is Italian cuisine without complicated experiments. They prepare starters, soups and salads, plus a wide choice of homemade pasta and pizza. Separate sections are devoted to black caviar, black truffle and crudo — scallop carpaccio with bottarga and marbled Black Angus beef tartare. There is bruschetta and homemade sourdough bread. In the mornings Probka serves breakfast — from shakshuka to Belgian waffles. Our restaurant guide recommends trying the Mortadella, pistachios pizza and the Ravioloni, robiola cheese, porcini.
