Mantera Supreme Seaside

Mantera Supreme Seaside occupies six hectares of beachfront property in Sirius, bringing together a hotel, club residences, and infrastructure for both leisure and business trips in one complex. The eight-story hotel has 400 rooms, ranging from enhanced-comfort categories to suites with private pools, while the top level offers options with an infinity pool and a panoramic terrace overlooking the Black Sea.

According to The Taste restaurant guide's team, our secret guests gave it 8 out of 10 for comfort — for the scale, privacy, and range of services that cover everything from a short weekend to an extended stay by the sea.

The dining side of the project includes 11 restaurants and bars with signature cuisine and different scenarios for spending an evening, from a quiet dinner to a livelier night out. For recovery and daily rhythm, there's a fitness center, a multifunctional spa complex, a private beach, and a kids' club with educational programs, so the space works not just as a hotel but as a self-contained resort environment.

A separate section within the complex is occupied by the Sirius conference center, which holds 1,320 guests with two convertible halls and several meeting rooms — a format suited to forums, presentations, and business meetings. Next to the hotel section are the Mantera club residences: apartments for purchase and permanent living with access to the project's full infrastructure, making the place convenient both for a vacation and for living by the sea.
