Grand Karat
Ordzhonikidze, 17
Grand Karat is a project by the Scottish architecture bureau RMJM, developed in collaboration with the design agency Valode & Pistre. It's a five-star hotel located in the center of Sochi, right on the waterfront. A few minutes' walk away are the sea port, the Winter Theatre and the Art Museum.
Every room has a unique design, individual climate control, a coffee machine, and a spacious marble-finished bathroom with a full set of toiletries.
The rooms were designed by the American firm De Salles Flint. The panoramic windows and balconies look out onto the port and the Black Sea.
The hotel grounds include a spa complex with an open-air view pool, an equipped gym, a sauna, a hammam, a cold plunge pool and a rain shower. The complex's second floor has a beauty salon and a pool on an open terrace. The on-site restaurant La Carte serves international and local cuisine. Next to the hotel is a private 350-square-meter beach with comfortable soft loungers and a dedicated VIP area. Guests traveling with pets weighing up to 8 kilograms are welcome to stay with their animals.
