Chyo? Kharcho! Sochi

The restaurant "Chyo? Kharcho!" is a project by the White Rabbit Family team, located on Sochi's central waterfront. The concept blends Black Sea coast cuisine with Caucasian hospitality — a place with fair prices where you can spend an evening over dinner with family or friends.

The menu brings together the leading dishes of southern cuisine in the chef's original interpretation.

The interior suits the seaside setting perfectly: light wicker chairs, fresh flowers on the tables, high ceilings, paintings on the walls, and large potted greenery at the entrance. Pleasant live music rounds out the atmosphere. There's also a terrace surrounded by palm trees — a good stop after a long walk along the waterfront, or before setting out on one.

The kitchen is run by White Rabbit Family's brand chef, Vladimir Mukhin. Ingredients come from local farms: lamb from Dagestan, trout caught in the clear streams of the Caucasus mountains. Many dishes are fire-cooked: shashlik and lyulya-kebab are grilled, vegetables are roasted. Here you can try a huge grand chebureki, breaded fried red mullet, juicy khinkali, and traditional Adjarian khachapuri with melted cheese, butter and an egg yolk.
