LOONA Sochi is considered the third project by the restaurant group of A. Pinsky, V. Istomin and A. Losev (AVA Team). It took just two years for it to become a popular Italian restaurant across Russia, and later abroad.

The restaurant keeps the brand's signature features while adapting them to new realities.

Like the group's previous projects, this Sochi villa, designed by the Geometria bureau under Irina Glik, blends elements of contemporary yacht style with the atmosphere of an Italian courtyard. Like the Moscow version, the villa has two floors. The ground floor holds the open kitchen, a wine room, and a pasta workshop, where craftspeople make house-made pasta in front of guests. The second floor holds a semicircular bar with an ice display, offering a panoramic sea view — creating the feel of relaxing on a cruise ship.

A. Losev, V. Istomin and brand chef D. Denisov cook Mediterranean cuisine. They manage to combine classic options with contemporary trends and the spirit of Sochi. Popular ingredients used include Lorenzo oil, two-year-aged Parmigiano Reggiano, various types of Caputo flour, organic farm eggs and Sicilian olives. Pasta is made fresh daily, and Arborio rice is used for the risotto. The restaurant's signature is its desserts — there's no shortage of them here, from almond tortellini to poppy-seed tiramisu.
