Gorynych is a Sochi gastronomic project by the White Rabbit Family team, bringing together three concepts in one: a bakery, a grill and a bar. Everything is baked and roasted in wood ovens, josper grills and smokers.

Fire is at the heart of the concept, just as it is at the Moscow branch.

The interior is a visual echo of the overall concept, with details that pull guests into a fairy tale. At the center of it all is a huge oven; the decor draws on Russian folk-tale motifs: substantial wooden tables, brightly upholstered sofas with varied prints — firebirds, hares, ornamental patterns. Another bold interior accent is a set of large mural-reproductions of paintings by the Russian artist Ivan Bilibin. The second floor holds a huge terrace with views of the sea and passing ships.

Chef Evgeny Kochetkov runs the kitchen. The menu is built around fire-cooked dishes with an emphasis on seafood and local specialties. Try the salad with Kuban tomatoes and Yalta onion with narsharab sauce and Chanakh cheese, or the Caucasian beet soup. Gorynych doesn't focus on a single national cuisine — the menu spans Russian, pan-Asian and European dishes. There's also an "IQ vegetables" section, where dishes can be ordered not just as a side but as a standalone course: broccoli with Asian sauce, grilled avocado with chimichurri, baked potato with chanterelles. The grill section covers steaks, ribs, fish and seafood.
