Cosmic Latte

A branch of the Moscow chain opened in Sochi near the Sea Terminal.

The coffee shop's concept is built around a space theme, running through everything from the name to the interior and branding.

The interior uses cool "cosmic" tones, photos of space missions on the walls, and "star patterns" everywhere. Instead of classic drink sizes, there are planets — from a small Earth to a Big Saturn. Inside is a bright space, and outside is a very pleasant, atmospheric terrace where you can enjoy the fresh sea air and views of palm trees and the sea. The coffee shop is dog-friendly, and people with pets are a common, always-welcome sight.

Cosmic's coffee menu offers a wide choice of beans, from Brazil and Ethiopia to Honduras and Indonesia. Alternative brewing methods are used: lungo, pour-over funnel. There are classics like americano and cappuccino, plus a large range of signature drinks whose names also carry the space theme: Eridanus — black coffee with cornel cherry, Taurus — a shot of thick hot chocolate with citrus, Cassiopeia — a delicate strawberry-raspberry latte. For those who don't drink coffee, there's tea, cocoa and matcha. Drinks can be paired with candies shaped like little planets.
