The cuisine follows Italian traditions: pasta, wood-fired pizza, steaks and risotto. Brand chef D. Shaykin and his team created Flori's menu. Breakfast features omelettes, Benedicts, syrniki and blini. There is a wide selection of pasta and pizza, with sushi and rolls also available. Grilled meat dishes include steaks, a burger and beef cheek with truffle mashed potatoes. Classic and signature cocktails accompany dinner.
