Flori

Flori is an Italian restaurant by the Komitet group. The interior concept is the work of the Up to you Design bureau. Designer M. Fedorova combined classic refinement with original accents in the interior: guests can move through the restaurant via a mirrored staircase or a convenient elevator. There's also a summer terrace with a private balcony decorated with flowers and a lily-shaped lampshade symbolizing Florence.

The project's atmosphere is built through stylish furniture, fresh flowers, the use of light wood, and a wood-fired pizza oven.

The menu is grounded in Italian culinary tradition, created by brand chef D. Shaikin and concept chef A. Krasov. It offers a range of classic breakfasts — omelets, eggs Benedict, curd pancakes made from baked cottage cheese, blini and toast. Dishes can also be topped with a range of add-ons, including avocado, seafood, fresh berries and hollandaise sauce. Among the mains, the Florentine steaks and the beef-and-black-truffle risotto stand out.

The cocktail list was created in collaboration with Tselovalnik Russian Spirits, offering both classic and original cocktails. The wine list features selections from Italy, Spain and France, with rare bottles arriving every week.
