Kira Restaurant is a gastronomic project by the Jerome team, located in the building of a former photo-album factory on Kirochnaya Street. The space is designed as a versatile venue: family lunches, parties with friends, banquet dinners, business meetings and culinary events all take place here.
The table setting matches the overall concept: linen tablecloths, Broggi tableware, and Italesse and Sydonios glassware underscore the attention to detail and respect for tradition.
The interior design is by Ksenia Smirnova, together with Galerie 46. It's built on an industrial aesthetic, rounded out with warm tactile and decorative accents. The design uses wood, concrete, metal, velvet, plants and plaster — all built around the building's industrial past. At the center is a fishing boat suspended from the ceiling, turned into a light installation. The interior details are arranged as a single artistic composition. Inside are handmade glass chandeliers, painted planters by students of the Stieglitz Academy, and a mosaic panel by the artist Natalia Nagibina. Besides the main room, the restaurant has banquet rooms, a cigar lounge, and a kids' club with nannies and workshops. A terrace operates in summer. On the ground floor is a food shop where you can buy house-made pastries, antipasti, cheeses and farm products.
The restaurant's menu unfolds the flavors of Italy, Turkey, Lebanon, Greece and Morocco through recognizable but reinterpreted dishes. Among the appetizers: dorado ceviche, scallop crudo with cherry, and beef tartare. Among the mains: beef keftedes on flatbread, flounder with potato and fennel, lamb ribs with Greek beans, and Greek pasta with spiced beef and cheese. The wine list runs to about 250 labels from France, Italy, Spain, Slovenia, Lebanon, Syria and Russia.
