The cuisine fuses European and Asian influences in a comfort-food style. Chef Ruslan Polyakov heads the kitchen. Most Remy Kitchen Bakery dishes are cooked in a Josper, including tuna, ribeye and filet mignon. The menu also features raw starters and tartares, soups and pancake breakfasts.
