WA Garden restaurant menu and prices

The Japanese cuisine brings three restaurants under one roof: Ayu, Uchiwa and Tajiri Go. Brand chef Vladimir Mukhin oversees WA Garden’s concept. Chef Mikhail Chagay handles Ayu’s sushi and sashimi. Dinner is staged as gastronomic theatre, with the chef selecting and preparing dishes in front of guests. Uchiwa’s menu focuses on crab, while Tajiri centres on marbled beef.
