First Summer Brunch at BURO Bistro.

On June 1, BURO Bistro will hold its first summer brunch, timed to Children's Day. The celebration starts at noon and runs until 5 p.m. The timing was chosen so both late-breakfast lovers and full-lunch fans find a suitable window. Some will start with cheese pancakes with cherry jam and shakshuka, others will choose beef tartare or spaghetti with shrimp.

The new seasonal brunch menu is dedicated to summer and Asian cuisine. It combines light vegetable dishes, meat, seafood, and familiar flavors with a summer twist. For those who prefer freshness and balance, there's grilled avocado with tomatoes and a poached egg. A heartier option: a roast-beef sandwich. Among the hot dishes: spaghetti with shrimp, gnocchi with morels, and vongole soup. There's also funchoza with tiger prawns, fried rice with vegetables and egg, tuna flatbreads, and classic okroshka on kvass or matsoni. For fans of European cuisine: mussels in cheese sauce and potato gnocchi.

Unlimited sparkling wine is part of the brunch. It pairs with the main dishes and starters, and for those who prefer non-alcoholic drinks, apple juice and other alternatives will be on offer.

Kids will have their own menu and program on June 1. Roman-style pizza with chicken, dumplings, cutlets with mashed potatoes, french fries — familiar dishes that most kids love. After the meal: games with entertainers and a chance to stay active. BURO Bistro has put together a kids' day route: after brunch, you can head to the zoo, the planetarium, or just stroll along the Arbat.

Brand chef Yegor Makarov included items on the menu that evoke vacation and the sea. Every dish is like a small trip: the Mediterranean, Asia, and a touch of dacha life with okroshka and mashed potatoes. This combination makes the brunch versatile for groups with different tastes and plans for the day.
