Buro Bistro

Buro Bistro is a new restaurant in central Moscow by the BURO GROUP team (Dina Khabirova, Vitaly Shimansky), known for the projects BURO.TSUM and GRACE Bistro.

The interior uses warm wood tones, softly upholstered furniture, and a harmonious mix of rounded and geometric forms.

The restaurant's design is by the studio Geometriya, led by Irina Glick. Inside, the tables are covered with white tablecloths, and the chairs are done in a mid-century-modern style combining yellow upholstery with woven elements. The sofas are upholstered in gray and light-beige fabric, adding coziness to the space. Zoning is handled with wooden partitions holding asymmetric shelving, creating a sense of privacy without overloading the space. The centerpiece is a hanging composition of faceted glass fixtures with an iridescent effect that plays with light and color.

The restaurant's menu, developed by chef Egor Makarov, blends European tradition with bold Asian accents. Among the appetizers: mini crab chebureki, foie gras terrine, and Rostov duck carpaccio with tarragon and sweet pepper. Among the mains: cabbage rolls with crab and tom yum sauce, pasta with truffle and parmesan, and a porcini consommé. The bar list, created by head bartender Egor Bocharov, offers signature cocktails with fruity, floral notes.
