Mina Nikitskaya

A restaurant by Aram Mnatsakanov where two of his favorite cuisines meet: Italian and Lebanese.

Brand chefs Gilberto Nasser and Manuel Suraci, together with chef Guzel Mukhametdinova, help make the national food of both countries more approachable.

That alone sets the place apart from others, since not everyone is familiar with Lebanese cuisine.

An array of hummus and labneh, flatbreads and mezze, pizza and pasta, baba ghanoush and muhammara — all this and more can be found at Mina on Malaya Nikitskaya. The interior is pleasant and understated, the work of Evgeny Skorikov and his eponymous architecture studio.
