A joint project by Arkady Novikov, Glenn Ballis and Anton Pinsky. Vegetables take center stage on the menu, chosen according to season. Brand chef Glenn Ballis brilliantly draws out the flavor of seemingly simple ingredients: sweet potato, pumpkin, eggplant, beetroot and others. Chef Mikhail Gerashchenko oversees the kitchen's first-rate execution.

The bar menu offers 13 signature cocktails for every taste: tart, fresh, full-bodied.

Architect Evgenia Uzhegova (Living Now Studio) worked on the design. There's a country-house feel here in the middle of a bustling metropolis: plenty of light and wood, warm floorboards, rustic lamps, an oven, and an open-kitchen island at the center of the room.
