Remy Kitchen Bakery Bronnaya

Remy Kitchen Bakery is a restaurant-bakery opened by Alexander Oganezov and Glenn Ballis. After the Australian-born brand chef left the project, Ruslan Polyakov took over as chef. The core principle: no more than 5 ingredients on the plate. The unconventional design is by the Sundukovy Sisters bureau. The space's highlights include original wall finishes, hand-painted floor tile, chairs with emerald backs, and brass pendant lamps.

The menu blends motifs from Italian, French, Greek and Japanese traditions with remarkable ease.

Breakfast is served here daily until noon.
