ABC Coffee Roasters Opera

The ABC Coffee Roasters project was launched in 2018 by entrepreneurs Sergey Rubin and Sofia Rasner. What started as a small coffee shop has grown into an international chain (Russia and the UAE). In designing the interiors, the team drew inspiration from South Korean and Scandinavian coffee shops known for their minimalism, functionality and eloquent restraint. Guests love ABC for its good coffee, quality menu, and the chance to work or relax comfortably.

Every location is full of light and plants, with pastel tones blending harmoniously, and thoughtful seating — at the counter, in armchairs by the window, at tables in the middle of the room.

The menu features specialty options, coffee "alternatives" (pour-over, filter), and classic drinks. Alongside them: salads, croissants, buns, cookies, desserts. For breakfast or brunch, there are porridges, bowls and sandwiches.

ABC Opera on Bolshaya Nikitskaya, right in the heart of Moscow, brings together the seemingly incompatible — businesspeople, tourists, students — and everyone happily comes back.
