Three tall windows, wood, mirrors and faint echoes of BURO TSUM — that's how Grace's dining room looks from the inside. Natalia Belonogova's NB Studio managed to create a space that recalls a cozy Parisian spot while remaining unmistakably Moscow. The pace here is unhurried — even on a weekday afternoon, there's no rush-hour cafeteria feel.

Our guide's team finds the French-mooded room with its wood and mirrors, the broad menu, and the smooth service leave a genuinely cohesive impression.

The kitchen is led by chef Maxim Ershov, whose approach reads clearly in the menu: minimal excess, maximum ingredient. Among the cold starters, standouts include a sweet-shrimp crudo with tomato and lemon, sea bass tartare with berbere tomatoes, and duck ham with seasonal fruit. Every dish is built on contrast — a familiar ingredient in unexpected company.

The hot section features sea bass fillet with roasted potatoes and tomatoes, roasted peppers with squid and tahini. Alongside them sit more familiar items: a hachée burger with fries and a cabbage roll with crab and avocado cream. The menu spans a wide range, from a light lunch to a hearty dinner.

Breakfast deserves special mention. Potato gratin with poached egg and spiced sour cream, fried halloumi with honey and mint, cheesecakes with wild strawberry jam — the morning menu follows the same logic as the main one: simple, aesthetic, flavorful. Weekday morning seating is comfortable — the room never feels crowded, and the three large windows let in plenty of natural light.

Our undercover guests rated it 8 out of 10 for breakfast and 8 out of 10 for dinner, for consistency of concept and precise ingredient work. Grace bistro on Spiridonovka holds its level no matter the time of day.
