An Italian project by Novikov Group on the corner of Patriarch's Ponds, which over time expanded its menu with a full meat section: steaks, burgers and other hearty classics. The team includes native Italians: chef Mirko Zago, pizzaiolo Leonardo Trappoloni, and cheesemaker Fabio Caldera.
The place is relatively small and "densely populated" — free tables are almost never available, which is why Bro&n was cloned, opening a second location on Kamergersky.
Natalia Belonogova and her NB Studio worked on the interior design.
