On Neglinnaya, the steakhouse builds its menu around meat from around the world — from Argentina, Japan and Russia. At Bruno, cuts — ribeye, tenderloin, picanha, porterhouse — undergo long dry aging in a dedicated chamber. Starters include beef tartare, carpaccio and vitello tonnato. Fish and meat are cooked over an open flame, in an oven of the restaurant's own design. Among the hot dishes is beef Wellington with foie gras and duck leg confit. Our restaurant guide recommends trying the Wagyu cecina and the Filet mignon.
