Bruno restaurant menu and prices

On Neglinnaya Street, the steakhouse builds its menu around meat from Argentina, Japan and Russia. At Bruno, cuts including ribeye, tenderloin, picanha and porterhouse undergo lengthy dry-ageing in a dedicated chamber. Starters include beef tartare, carpaccio and vitello tonnato. Fish and meat are cooked over open fire in a custom-built oven. Main courses include beef Wellington with foie gras and duck leg confit.
