Hibiki restaurant menu and prices
Average check — RUB 3,500
Japanese cuisine with elements of European plating. The kitchen is run by chef Sang Kun Ouh, who also creates the sauces and the tableware for his dishes. There is a wide choice of nigiri, gunkan and sashimi made from salmon and toro. Japanese crudo and ceviche get a section of their own. The flagship of the Hibiki menu is kamameshi rice in a cast-iron pot with various fillings. Premium sake and Asian whisky are served at the table.
