The kitchen is built on European classics, with an emphasis on the raw bar, pasta and grilled steaks. Pino's menu was put together by brand chef Ruslan Polyakov. The pasta ranges widely — from spaghetti aglio e olio to casarecce with rabbit ragù. On the grill — striploin, ribeye and filet mignon. Breakfast is served in the mornings: poached egg with truffle, pancakes and syrniki. Our restaurant guide recommends trying the Casarecce, rabbit ragù and the Peppered filet mignon, demi-glace.
