This restaurant on the Petrogradskaya side builds its menu around Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. At the stove at AGA are brand chef Almaz Iskakov and head chef Pavel Sukhoparov. The meal opens with raw fish and seafood from the RAW section, followed by cheeses and olives to go with wine. The wood-fired oven is busy with pizza, while pasta and risotto are cooked alongside.
