The cuisine is chef-driven, built on local and seasonal produce. At Mechtateli restaurant, chef Vitaly Papp changes the tasting menus every season. They make wine snacks and cream soups, and main courses of game and seafood. In the mornings, they serve breakfast with a glass of sparkling wine. The wine list is extensive, arranged by flavor profile. Our restaurant guide recommends trying the Scallop with green buckwheat and cream sauce and the Venison with white cabbage cream and lingonberry sauce.
