Apartments close to the historic center of Saint Petersburg, within walking distance of Moskovsky Station, Nevsky Prospekt and Rubinsteina Street. The building housing the apartments was built in 1899 and is now a cultural heritage site.

The apartments occupy the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors — note that the building has no elevator.

The room stock consists of 6 designer studios with city views. If you're traveling in a group of up to four, you can book two studios on the same floor sharing an entrance and hallway. The apartments have comfortable beds with English mattresses; the bathroom has a rain-shower cabin, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a stove, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle and the necessary dishware.
